Had an amazing time with friends exploring the city! We visited the big Florentine theatre for a concert and checked out the Artemio Franchi Stadium for a series A game. It was just a 20-minute walk to the city center. The hotel had a decent pool and the breakfast was good, though we did face some wait times.
The restaurant service was pretty slow during dinner, and it was frustrating waiting around even though it wasn't that busy.

A Mixed Bag, Pool vs. Cleanliness
The pool was a highlight, spacious with ample loungers, and breakfast offered a nice buffet with good coffee. Yet, the hotel was a letdown due to cleanliness issues everywhere. The bus stop nearby made it easy to reach the city, but the outdated facilities and poor maintenance made for a disheartening stay.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the comfortable twin room and the tasty breakfast. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax after a day of exploring, and the clean facilities made it easy to unwind. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 😊

Great location and spacious rooms
I appreciated the convenience of having a bus stop right outside for easy access to the city center, making it a breeze to explore Florence. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom that contributed to a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh fruits and pastries, however, it would be better if the Wi-Fi connectivity was improved.

The pool was a fantastic spot for my family with young kids after a busy day exploring Florence. We loved our visit to the city center, which was an easy, 20-minute walk away. You can't beat the convenience for sightseeing!
In my wife’s opinion, the room setup could have been better for families. A larger room with more space for our three small children would have improved our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and spacious rooms, making my stay relaxing. The staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring everything I needed was taken care of promptly, which is certainly appreciated at my age.
Improve soundproofing in the rooms for better sleep.

great access to parks and historical landmarks for strolling
I loved that we were just a short walk away from Parco Dell'anconella, where I could enjoy a relaxing stroll surrounded by nature, and it was also easy to get to the stunning Basilica di Santa Croce, making my weekend filled with amazing sights and fresh air.

comfortable stay but some improvements needed
The round bed in my Deluxe Double Room made for a unique sleeping experience! ! The pool area was pristine, offering a refreshing escape. Lunch options were decent, satisfying my midday hunger.
The overall ambiance felt a bit underwhelming.

missingWrote a review on May 23decent breakfastconvenient transportdated furniture
The breakfast offered a decent variety, satisfying enough to start the day. Easy bus connections just outside provide direct access to the city, making it simple to explore nearby attractions.
The room had issues, including an unpleasant smell and inadequate cleanliness, which made for a less than comfortable stay. The shower design led to water flooding the bathroom, turning a simple task into a hassle. Additionally, the noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway was disruptive at night. No tea or coffee-making facilities were provided, which seemed basic for the hotel's level. To top it off, the overall furniture and decor felt dated, not reflecting the four-star standard expected.
